An ordinary key is a piece of metal anyone can duplicate in four minutes for a few dollars, with no record and no permission. For most front doors that is fine. For a business with staff turnover, a share house, or a rental portfolio, it is a real hole.

A Mul-T-Lock restricted system closes it. The blanks are patented and supplied only to authorised locksmiths, and cutting one requires your written authority — so the list of people who can open your door is a list you actually control.

How fast can you get to me?

It depends where you are and what else is on, but the van covers Melbourne’s inner south-east and most jobs in that area are same-day. Ring the number and you’ll get a straight answer on timing before anyone commits to anything.

Do you actually work at 3am?

Yes. Lockouts don’t keep business hours. Call-outs after midnight cost more than a Tuesday morning — you’ll be told the figure on the phone, not after.

What will it cost?

It depends on the job, the lock and the hour. What doesn’t happen is a quote on the phone and a bigger number at the door. Ask when you call and you’ll get a real range.
